Issues of Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion have been fraught with conflict and turmoil. So many people with so many opposing views. The fact that these letters cause this much stress and concern is often why organizations need to have a conversation about it. While the letters are JEDI, what is really at issue in organizations is the issue of culture and cultural change.

Marvin’s work with organizations in this area takes many forms

  1. I provide a safe space where leaders can talk outloud about their worries, concerns, and anxieties as they try to create a more inclusive culture
  2. I help organizations plan and prepare for backlash that often occur during culture change
  3. I present current best approaches to creating an inclusive organization
  4. I offer some historical perspective on why creating an inclusive organization is so difficult
